Welcome to P.R.E.P. Health & Wellness. My name is Paula, I am a registered dental hygienist by day, a certified health and wellness coach by night, and a TRX, Barre and Pilates (in-training) instructor somewhere in between. I created this blog to share my passion for cooking delicious food, planning a weekly meal prep, exploring nutrition, and discovering how you can be your best self.

As a health coach I help my clients find balance within their busy lives, to make food and nutrition a priority, and gain confidence within their bodies. I am here to give inspiration and motivation whether it’s through a recipe, health tip, or a personalized coaching session, I’m excited to help you on your health and wellness journey.
